Role Overview

You will be responsible for the 'plumbing' of our growth engines, ensuring CRM systems, automation platforms, and analytics tools are perfectly integrated and scalable.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement marketing automation workflows (HubSpot, Zapier, Segment, etc.).
  • Oversee CRM architecture, lead scoring models, and database hygiene.
  • Manage tracking implementations (GTM, server-side tagging) and attribution models.
  • Evaluate and implement new tools to improve agency and client marketing efficiency.

Requirements

  • Deep technical expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/MAP platforms.
  • Experience with integration tools (Zapier, Make, or custom API scripts).
  • Strong understanding of the modern data stack and marketing privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization and scale.
